Tulku Yeshi Rinpoche on Mindfulness Meditation and Buddhism

Many people think about why meditation is very important. Especially concentration and joyful meditation is very useful to our body. The reason is that meditation helps your body to relax; first your muscles relax, then your breathing relaxes, then your mind is able to relax. Finally, your brain becomes very happy and joyful. This is because, when your mind can calm down, then everything around you, all of the things in your mind powerfully transform…stress, worry, depression, they will vanish or become positive things. Also, meditation is the cheapest medicine for your body and your mind. For doing the meditation, it doesn’t matter how old you are, how busy you are or what environment you are in. Everyone can meditate, no matter how healthy you are. Each person can experience the incredible result. Tulku Yeshi Rinpoche is going to teach you what meditation is, how you can meditate and the benefits of meditation. Then you can teach the meditation to others.

H.E. Tulku Yeshi Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist master. He has received teachings from over forty masters and Rinpoche has authored fifteen books on subjects of Tibetan Buddhism and culture. He is a Chod Master, Shamanistic healer, Artist and Astrologer as well as being the founder of Heruka Institute and author of 13 books, he crossed the Himalayas from Tibet to India on foot in 1994. He moved to Seattle in 2002 and has taught Buddhism and Tibetan culture around the world since then. His gripping autobiography, A Modern Liberation Odyssey, Handbook for Half-Buddhas and Tibetan Zen are available. His paintings are also very popular around the world.
