A slightly more oxidized classic Tie Guan Yin whose flavor is best described as sweet plum and freshly cut grass soiled by rain. The color and flavor of this tea, much like it’s affect on us, are subtle here and more tangible in higher realms of awareness. A clear light golden liqour graces my glass I offer this brew up to the sun, sitting atop a snowy peak, somewhere deep within myself.
